Jerome E. Mathews
Chairman

Jerome Mathews is co-founder and Chairman Emeritus of GVA Kidder Mathews, the largest commercial real estate firm in the Pacific Northwest with transactions totaling more than $1.8 billion each year.  He is the President of Puget Pacific, Inc., a commercial real estate investment company and past Chairman of the Door to Door Storage Company.  Mr. Mathews is a past Director of the Seattle-King County Economic Development Council and is also a past Trustee of the Washington State Investment Board.  He is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Overlake Hospital and currently serves on its Board.  Presently Mr. Mathews is an advisory board member of the University of Washington School of Business Administration.

David Aas
Director

David Aas is the former Chief Technology Officer of Nextel Partners and its subsidiaries from 1998 to 2006.  Prior to joining Nextel Partners, Mr. Aas served as Vice President of Engineering and operations of AT&T Wireless Messaging Division.  Mr. Aas has over 25 years of experience in the wireless industry and has held a number of senior technical management positions, including positions with AirSignal from 1977 to 1981, MCI from 1981 to 1986, and MobileComm from 1986 to 1989.  From 1989 to 1998, he was with AT&T Wireless, where he led the design, development, construction and operation of AT&T Wireless’ national messaging network.  Mr. Aas served on the Technical Development Committee of the Personal Communications Industry Association and led the development and deployment of the PACT two-way messaging system.

Norm Levy
Director

Norm Levy served as Interim CEO of Loctronix from May through September, 2008, providing strategic, organizational and financial leadership. Norm has been the CEO of Strategic Development Corp., a corporate strategy consulting firm, for the past 25 years. He has worked with industry leaders in software and manufacturing, including Boeing, Eldec, John Fluke, PhysioControl, Washington Technology Center, and Washington Software Association. Norm is the former Chief Administrative Officer of Courtlink, CEO of Ansyr Technology, VP Corporate Strategy for Seafirst Bank, and Management Consultant with Touche Ross. Norm has a Cornell MBA and Rutgers B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. A member of National Speakers Association and National Association of Corporate Directors, Norm has lectured on strategic leadership at Financial Executives International, Washington CPAs, and American Electronics Association.

Richard M. Nolan

Richard Nolan serves as the Philip M. Condit endowed Chair in Business Administration at the University of Washington's School of Business.  Prior to joining the UW faculty, Dr. Nolan was the William Barclay Harding Professor of Management of Technology at Harvard Business School.  Dr. Nolan served as Chairman and CEO of Nolan, Norton and Company, an information technology management consulting company, from 1977 until 1987, when the company was acquired by KPMG and remained as chairman until 1991. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Novell.

John Chapple is President of Hawkeye Investments LLC, a privately-owned equity firm investing primarily in telecommunications and real estate.  John is the former CEO and Chairman of Nextel Partners and its subsidiaries, and was the former EVP of Operations for McCaw Cellular and subsequently AT&T Wireless.  He also served as past Chairman of Cellular One Group and past Chair of the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association.  In addition, John serves on the Board of Governors of the NHL and NBA.  Recently John was elected Chairman of the Syracuse University Board of Trustees.

Ron Lone is the Chair of Stoel Rives LLP, and represents business clients in a variety of capital investment, business combination and strategic settings. He has more than 20 years of experience advising boards, investors and management in private and public offerings and acquisition, merger and sale transactions. He has particular experience advising emerging growth companies and investors in seed and venture capital rounds and in structuring and negotiating key business alliance and asset acquisition and disposition transactions. Ron was named one of Seattle’s Top Lawyers by Seattle Magazine.

David Lowe is a founding member of Black, Lowe & Graham PLLC. David has experience in all aspects of intellectual property law, both in the United States and in foreign countries. His current practice includes patent, trademark, and copyright procurement, with an emphasis on intellectual property litigation and related client counseling. His technical background is in computer science and software engineering, and his patent practice includes the preparation and prosecution of computer software, electronic, business process and mechanical applications.
